The intelligent aluminium window production line of AluHouse is entirely planned and designed in terms of overall layout and process workflow, led and managed by the company's engineering and technical team. As the first production line in the Greater Bay Area that meets the Hong Kong Housing Authority's automated window production standards, it mainly consists of two sub-production lines: the window sash line and the window frame line. It deeply integrates intelligent and digital technologies, enabling flexible production of aluminium window products that comply with Hong Kong regulations, national standards, as well as international market requirements including those of the United States, Australia and Europe.

The intelligent aluminium window production line, relying on core equipment such as robotic loading and unloading systems, digital integrated workstations (sawing, drilling, and milling integration), automatic drilling and tapping machines, high-precision five-axis CNC end milling centres, CNC corner assembly systems, and intelligent glue injection systems, achieves fully automated production throughout the entire process — including autonomous material loading, profile cutting, drilling, tapping, corner assembly, glue injection and sealing, hardware assembly and packaging — driven by QR code data.

At the same time, the production line supports seamless integration with ERP/MES systems, enabling real-time uploading and accurate tracking of production data, making production management more transparent and efficient. The entire process, from raw materials to finished product storage, is under full-process intelligent control, effectively improving the production efficiency and product precision of aluminium windows, ensuring projects are built efficiently, accurately, and in an orderly manner.

The AluHouse intelligent aluminium window production line possesses significant production capacity advantages, with an annual output of 100,000 square metres and a production rate of 2 square metres every 5 minutes. Compared with traditional aluminium window production methods, the production line requires only minimal manual operation, increasing profile processing efficiency by 200% and achieving remarkable results in shortening the production cycle.

The efficient production capacity enables AluHouse to quickly respond to the door and window demands of large-scale modular building projects, providing customised solutions for settings such as minimalist public housing, public housing, private residences, and student dormitories. At the same time, the production line is compatible with the manufacturing of various window types, including casement windows, sliding windows, and sliding doors, flexibly meeting the diverse needs of different clients.

While enhancing production efficiency, AluHouse further ensures the accuracy and consistency of each door and window, achieving a high-precision manufacturing level with cutting length error controlled within ±0.2mm and angle accuracy reaching ±0.1°.
