This 5-story building is among the first batch of public schools in Hong Kong to be designed and constructed with Modular Integrated Construction (MiC). Total 164 MiC modules are used in the project. 31% of total construction floor area is constructed with MiC including 24 nos of classrooms, 4 nos of toilets and other corridor/multi-purpose area.

The exterior facade and the interior walls of the classrooms are made of fair-faced concrete finishes, which not only interpreted the natural beauty of the building material but also highlights the construction advantages of MiC in good concreting quality control.
