Located adjacent to the cruise terminal on the former runway of Kai Tak Airport in Hong Kong, the facility spans nearly 110,000 square meters in land area, with a construction area exceeding 110,000 square meters. It includes a four-story Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) quarantine facility and other auxiliary structures.
Among these, the auxiliary facilities constructed by AluHouse cover nearly 10,000 square meters, comprising approximately 400 modules and a total of 71 buildings. The entire project provides over 2,700 isolation units, offering more than 6,000 isolation beds (including standard rooms, accessible suites, family suites, and other room types).
Upon completion, it will become Hong Kong’s most advanced permanent community isolation and treatment facility.
