This project is a quarantine facility initiative that played a significant role in Hong Kong's response to the 5 wave of COVID-19 pandemic. AluHouse provided 1143 MiC supporting facilities such as a command center, medical center, and a Civil Aid Service substation. All modules were prefabricated off-site at the manufacturing plant in Zhaoqing, located in the Greater Bay Area, and subsequently transported to Lantau Island for on-site assembly and installation.
