Located in Nansha, Guangzhou, within the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, Guosha Group has officially launched its "Bay Area Strategy," with AluHouse's modular technology creating the first project under this strategy, the [Guosha·Investment Promotion Centre], situated at Guangzhou South Station. AluHouse utilised modular technology to pre-fabricate four stylish ALPODs in a very short time, standardised to meet the requirements of the Investment Promotion Centre. These were combined into an entirely new marketing space. Not only did this preserve the original features of the ALPODs, but the modular combination also optimised the use of space to meet the centre's needs for sales displays, client receptions, and staff offices.
