A multi-story apartment project in Los Angeles, this is AluHome’s second modular building project delivered in North America, marking its official transition in the North American market from “capability validation” to a new phase of scaled delivery.

Located in the urban core of Los Angeles, the project is planned as a 7-story rental apartment building. It will be constructed using steel-structured MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) technology and will involve the manufacturing and supply of 100 residential units, fully compliant with California building standards. By leveraging industrialized construction, the project significantly accelerates timelines and improves efficiency, greatly reduces the intensity of on-site work, and markedly enhances both construction efficiency and delivery certainty.
