The Architectural Services Department's minimalist public housing project comprises two 18-storey buildings, with a total aluminium window supply area of 9,672 square metres and 5,342 windows, scheduled for completion in 2025. Leveraging MiC modular construction technology, aluminium windows are specially designed for MiC units, with the factory completing pre-assembly of the frames and glass, compatible with the rapid assembly model of minimalist public housing. The lightweight aluminium material reduces the unit's transport load while meeting energy efficiency, fire protection, and wind resistance standards, aligning with the government's objective of low-cost, rapidly completed minimalist public housing.
