A large public housing project by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, with a total aluminium window supply area of 40,542㎡, scheduled for completion in 2025. Aluminium Youjia undertakes the full design and supply of external façade Foshan windows and kitchen and bathroom aluminium windows. The project covers multiple high-rise residential buildings and optimises aluminium corrosion resistance and sealing structures for the windy and humid conditions of the Yuen Long suburbs. A standardised prefabricated window system is used for a uniform external façade appearance, distinguishing between living room and kitchen/bathroom window types, balancing residential experience, large-scale costs and Hong Kong building safety regulations.
