The project is commissioned by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, consisting of a single 42-storey public residential building with aluminium window supply covering an area of 8931㎡, totalling 5349 windows, and scheduled for completion in 2025. The project includes integrated design and supply of facade aluminium windows and kitchen and bathroom-specific aluminium windows, customising window types for small units in redevelopment areas to suit the limited space in kitchens and bathrooms. Both aluminium and glass meet Hong Kong's building energy efficiency standards. Prefabricated components shorten on-site construction time, balancing the government's requirements for rapid public housing delivery with the practical usability for residents.
