This project is a public housing development by the Hong Kong Housing Authority, consisting of two buildings with 35 and 38 floors respectively. The total area of aluminium windows supplied is 9,658㎡, with a total of 5,485 windows. Completion and handover are scheduled for 2025. Aluminium Youjia is responsible for the overall design and supply of the façade aluminium windows, tailored to the standardised construction requirements of high-density public housing. The products comply with Hong Kong public housing fire safety, sound insulation, and typhoon resistance standards, balancing mass production efficiency with the uniform aesthetic of the building façade, and meeting the basic living standards for lighting, ventilation, and security for a large number of residents.
