The project involves the supply of various prefabricated building components, including: kitchen & toilet modules, utility risers, semi-precast slabs, prefabricated structural walls, elevator shaft walls, staircases, refuse chutes, and water tanks. A total of 7,814 prefabricated components are supplied, with an approximate total weight of 25,139 metric tons (10,056 cubic meters). Among these, 1,570 Modular Integrated Construction (MiC) kitchen & toilet units account for approximately 10,211 metric tons (4,084 cubic meters).
