SS N520 light public housing at Hang Kwong Street, Ma On Shan is a high-rise building comprising 18 storeys, constructed from 1,111 steel-structured MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) modules. Upon completion, it will provide 860 residential units. The project is expected to be finished in the fourth quarter of 2026.
