The "Light Public Housing" (LPH) project at Sheung On Street in Chai Wan is a development of about 1,720 units, expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2026. It is part of a larger government initiative to provide affordable housing options. This project comprises two residential towers of 21 and 22 storeys respectively, assembled from 2,316 residential and functional steel-structured MiC (Modular Integrated Construction) modules.
