From 27 to 29 November 2025, the "2025 Australia-China Prefabricated Building Materials High-End Forum" and inspection exchange activities will be held in Sydney, Australia, jointly organised by the Australian Chinese Real Estate and Construction Association, the New South Wales branch of the Australian Urban Development Research Institute, and four joint supporting organisations.

This forum focuses on the prefabricated construction industry between Australia and China, integrating thematic discussions, industry presentations, corporate exhibitions and an annual gala dinner, aiming to build a practical and effective platform for cooperation in the construction industry between Australia and China.

The forum brings together key figures from the Australian Federal and New South Wales governments, industry association representatives, leading developers and builders, and building material purchasers to jointly explore the development path and cooperation opportunities for modular construction in the Australian market.
