It is understood that the owner of the Happy Valley Road project is the Hong Kong Housing Society, and the main contractor is Wah Yip Construction. The project is located at Happy Valley Road, Fanling, Hong Kong, with a large site area and a total construction area of 54,654 square metres. The plan includes two basement levels, three podium levels, and two residential towers reaching up to twenty-three storeys.

The project is expected to be fully completed in 2026. Once completed, it will provide 644 subsidised housing units for sale, accommodating approximately 2,000 residents, further alleviating housing pressure in Hong Kong and improving the quality of life for grassroots citizens.

As the supplier of precast concrete components for the project, AluHouse is responsible for supplying a total of 2,024 aluminium windows and 2,047 concrete Buddha components. By adopting concrete structure technology, these Buddha components are prefabricated in the factory and then transported to the site for hoisting, effectively reducing construction waste and noise pollution on site, greatly enhancing construction efficiency and quality control, thereby serving as an "accelerator" for the smooth progress of the project.

The rapid production of project Foshan components leverages AluHouse's independently developed PC component product supply system, covering multiple key aspects including mould research and manufacturing, concrete mix design, prefabricated component production, and modular decoration integration, fully utilising the one-stop supply and manufacturing advantages in the MiC field.

It is worth noting that the Ma Hui Road project includes a wide variety of AluHouse prefabricated components, encompassing a total of 24 types. These components not only vary in shape and size but also have distinct functions and uses, further meeting the diverse architectural needs of the project. In the design and manufacturing process, AluHouse has fully considered the practicality and aesthetics of these components, ensuring that they integrate seamlessly into the overall construction upon installation, creating a harmonious visual effect that complements the project's architectural style.

In addition, AluHouse has conducted in-depth and meticulous research and innovation to meet the construction requirements of the Ma Hui Road project, such as Fosha surface tiling and MEP embedded fittings. While ensuring the quality and performance of the Fosha components, AluHouse ingeniously resolved the issues of tile adhesion to component surfaces and conflicts during the embedding of MEP fittings, maintaining a clean and aesthetically pleasing Fosha appearance while also ensuring the stability and safety of the main PC component structure.

With the successful production and delivery of the first batch of prefabricated Buddha sand components, the Ma Hui Road project is steadily progressing towards its set goals. AluHouse will continue to uphold the construction philosophy of 'quality first, technology-led', providing strong support for the subsequent construction of the project, assisting the Hong Kong Housing Society in creating more high-quality and environmentally friendly residential projects, and contributing to a better living environment for the citizens of Hong Kong.
