R&D Center

Our R&D Center is composed of nearly 50 senior technical experts, engineers, designers and other experts from Hong Kong, Mainland who are familiar with the building regulations of Hong Kong martket .

Since its establishment, the R&D Center has successively developed aluminum structure MiC system, ALUMiC hybrid structure MiC system, 4 to 30-storey steel structure MiC system and 40-storey concrete MiC structure system.

AluHouse's advanced manufacturing equipment and instruments include CNC production lines, automatic welding robots, automatic concrete batching stations, national CNAS laboratory, Hong Kong QSPSC certificated laboratories, curtain wall testing center, and large-tonnage forklifts and cranes, which fulfil the production requirements for both metal structure and concrete structure modules.
