Responsible for collecting primary IE data, establishing standard working hours and manpower quotas to serve as the basis for efficiency improvement and cost evaluation in the plant.

Conduct analytical studies on standardization (e.g., operation analysis, process analysis), define standardized workflows, and enhance management efficiency.

Plan plant layout, optimize logistics, improve space utilization, and maximize operational efficiency.

Analyze manufacturing costs and reduce scrap and production expenses.

Evaluate production capacity, optimize resources, and drive continuous improvement in production efficiency.

Reduce manufacturing costs through process improvements and automation initiatives; participate in new equipment/production line investment evaluations and analyze return on investment (ROI).

Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Engineering (IE), Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Management Science and Engineering, or a related field.

At least 3 years of working experience with familiarity in industrial engineering methodologies such as Lean Production, TPM, Value Stream Mapping (VSM), Methods Time Measurement (MTM or MOD), etc.

Proficient in data mining and root cause analysis; able to drive cross-departmental improvement projects to implementation; sensitive to new technologies (e.g., automation, digitalization) and willing to explore them.

Candidates with experience in successfully leading efficiency improvement and cost reduction projects are preferred.
