Under the department's leadership, be responsible for the development and design of automated production lines.

Manage and oversee the joint debugging of automated production lines with manufacturing plants, guide and monitor the automation debugging of each process station, and ensure timely delivery of production line projects.

Collaborate with suppliers to develop and design automated equipment, as well as optimize existing automated systems.

Be responsible for application testing and on-site debugging of smart construction equipment (such as building composite robots and automated production lines), including formulating test plans, implementation, result analysis, and optimization summary.

Assist other company teams in the implementation of digital production management systems for smart factories, support research project applications in the field of smart manufacturing, and contribute to the formulation of implementation standards and achievement reporting for smart manufacturing factories.

Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Automation, Automatic Control, Mechatronics, or related fields.

At least 3 years of relevant experience in the design and development of automated electromechanical equipment.

Proficient in using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other design software.

Strong knowledge of the control principles, application methods, and industry standards of various automated electromechanical products (e.g., industrial robots, PLCs, automated welding machines). Familiarity with programming and debugging mainstream industrial robots and automated production lines, as well as the principles and applications of various industrial sensors. Skilled in preparing and utilizing technical management documentation.

Excellent coordination and communication skills, strong logical thinking, integrity, and professional ethics. Ability to adapt to a high-intensity work environment.
