Be responsible for the company's new automatic machinery equipment projects, including the research and development of equipment technology and processes involved, as well as the transformation of R&D results into practical applications.

Handle the project initiation planning and feasibility certification for new company projects. Evaluate and recommend partner supplier brands, and be accountable for the advantages, competitiveness, and rationality of relevant technologies and brands, as well as transform them into automated production lines suitable for the company.

Be in charge of the project initiation application, execution, and acceptance of newly developed automation projects in the company.
Compile relevant reports on patents resulting from the company's project R&D achievements.

Stay informed about cutting-edge advanced equipment technologies in the market industry and analyze those with market value that are applicable to the company.

Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in mechanical manufacturing or related fields.

At least 3 years of work experience; experience in the design and development of processing and production equipment for prefabricated buildings is preferred.

Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD and Solidworks.

Over 3 years of work experience in design, R&D, and management in the mechanical industry.

Familiar with automation processes and equipment; experience with robotic equipment is a plus.

Possess strong oral communication skills.
