The transitional housing project at Pok Oi Hospital, known as “Pok Oi Sing Ping Village”, is another transitional housing initiative. It is located in Ping Che, Tat Kwu Ling, covering an area of 130,000 square feet. The project will provide 601 steel MiC units to alleviate housing pressure for citizens who have been waiting for public housing or living in inadequate accommodations. It will benefit approximately 1,300 individuals in terms of housing.
