Aluhouse utilized modular prefabrication to construct an efficient power distribution room located in a residential community in Zhaoqing's Duanzhou District. The structure, primarily finished in blue and white, consists of five modules and includes two newly added charging stations—enhancing both the convenience of residents' power and electric vehicle charging needs while adding a fresh aesthetic to the neighborhood.

Aluhouse prefabricated the modules off-site in their factory, then transported and assembled them on location. The entire installation and assembly process was completed in less than half a day, significantly minimizing on-site construction time. The interior houses professional power supply equipment, with ceilings and wall panels made of aluminum alloy. It is equipped with ample lighting, air conditioning, surveillance systems, and a purpose-built ventilation design to ensure optimal operational efficiency.
