Transitional Housing Project at Choi Hing Road, Choi Hung is the first 8-storey transitional housing project in Hong Kong. It is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2024. It will provide 331 transitional housing flats for families of two to five people with two barrier-free flats and lifts. The project will relocate 108 new estates from Song Wong Toi Road to Choi Hing Road and build 223 new estates. It will not only achieve environmental innovation, but also save costs.
